The fourth trimester is a time of incredible change—but too often, parents are expected to navigate it alone. Our postpartum doulas provide compassionate, personalized, non-medical support in the comfort of your home, helping you recover, rest, and settle into life with your new baby. Whether you need an extra set of hands, a listening ear, guidance with newborn care, or simply someone to make sure you're cared for too, we're here to support you every step of the way. Every visit is tailored to your family's unique needs because no two postpartum journeys are ever the same.
 

How We Can Support You

• Emotional Support

       Birth is a life-changing experience, and every parent deserves the opportunity to process it. Your doula provides a safe, judgement-        free space to talk through your birth experience, celebrate your wins, navigate the hard moments, and remind you that you don't              have to have it all figured out.

• Newborn Care & Feeding Support
  Questions don't stop after birth—and neither does our support. We'll help you build confidence with newborn care, soothing techniques, diapering, bathing, babywearing, sleep expectations, and infant cues. We also provide basic breastfeeding, bottle feeding, pumping, and positioning support while recognizing when additional lactation or nursing support may be beneficial.

• Practical Help Around the Home
  Sometimes the greatest gift is having one less thing to think about. Your doula can assist with light household tasks such as:
  laundry, dishes, meal preparation, nourishing snacks, tidying spaces, caring for older siblings, holding your baby while you shower, nap or simply enjoy a hot cup of coffee.

• Education & Evidence-Based Guidance
  There's no shortage of parenting advice—but it isn't always helpful. We provide evidence-informed education, answer your questions without judgement, and help you make decisions that feel right for your family.

• Recovery & Wellness
  While your baby is adjusting to life outside the womb, you're adjusting too. Your doula will check in on your physical recovery, emotional wellbeing, and overall transition into parenthood, helping you recognize when additional support may be helpful and connecting you with trusted resources—including our Registered Nurses and IBCLCs when appropriate.

• Building Your Village
  Support doesn't end when your visit does. We'll connect you with local resources, community programs, and trusted professionals so you continue feeling supported long after we leave.

Created For: Growing families during the first days, weeks, or months after welcoming a baby. Whether it's your first baby or your fourth, we're here to support your unique postpartum journey.

Where: In the comfort of your home.
 

Investment

• Daytime Support: $40/hour (2-hour minimum booking)

• Overnight Support $50/hour (8-hour minimum booking)
   

Booking Your Visits

Once you register, we'll connect with you to learn about your family's needs and create a personalized support plan. Many families book visits before baby arrives, while others reach out once they're home—we're here whenever you need us.
