Cancellation
policy

Private and Group Classes/Workshops: We cannot accept cancellations with less than 14 days notice.  In the event of a cancellation you are entitled to a refund, minus a 20% administration fee.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. While we cannot guarantee a spot in a later class/workshop, we will do our best to accommodate you.

Medical Reasons or Unforeseen Circumstances: Refunds for cancellations due to medical reasons or circumstances beyond your control will be determined on a case-by-case basis by our administration team.
