Led by Postpartum Doula Ashley, each session features a new seasonal theme with interactive songs, story time, movement, open-ended sensory play, and simple crafts designed to encourage curiosity, creativity, and family connection.

A FEW THINGS TO NOTE:

Sensory play can get messy and that's part of the fun! We recommend dressing your little one in clothes you don't mind getting messy and bringing a change of clothes just in case. Some activities may include common food ingredients or other potential allergens. Please let us know about any allergies or sensitivities when booking so we can plan accordingly. Activities will be adapted to suit different ages and developmental stages, so younger babies and older toddlers can all participate in their own way.
