Get ready to feel confident, connected, and supported through the first year with your baby through weekly movement, practical discussions, and a welcoming community of parents who understand exactly what this season of life feels like.

This six-week series was created to support parents and babies through the first year of life. Each weekly session includes gentle movement, age-appropriate developmental activities, practical discussions led by experienced perinatal professionals, and the opportunity to connect with other families navigating the same season of parenthood. Whether you're looking for support with feeding, sleep, development, postpartum recovery, or simply a reason to get out of the house and connect with other parents, this series offers a welcoming space for both you and your baby to learn, play, and grow together.

✔ Practical discussions on feeding, sleep, postpartum recovery, and infant development

Duration: 6 week series

Session Length: 45-60 minutes 

Created For: Parents and babies from approximately 6 weeks to 12 months of age

  • Drop-in Rate: $18/class

PLEASE NOTE:

Participants should be a minimum of 6 weeks postpartum (or cleared by their healthcare provider) prior to participating in the movement component of this program. We understand that babies may need to feed, sleep, cuddle, cry, or simply observe during class — that's all part of the experience.
