INFANT FEEDING CONSULT

We will:

  • Discuss the health history of the feeding parent and your baby.

  • Observe your baby feeding at the breast, bottle, or both.

  • Assess your baby’s body movements, reflexes, and conduct a thorough oral evaluation. A tongue tie assessment is always included.

  • Provide latching and positioning assistance.

  • Work together with you to develop realistic feeding strategies tailored to your needs.

  • Offer continued support for as long as you need it to help you achieve your goals.

​We will:

  • Send you an Intake and Consent form to complete before our session.

  • Conduct a comprehensive health history of both the feeding parent and baby.

  • Evaluate your baby’s body movements, reflexes, and perform an in-depth oral assessment, including tongue movement evaluation.

  • If feeding challenges are present, observe your baby feeding to assess any difficulties.

  • Collaborate with you to develop realistic and effective feeding strategies, including referrals to trusted healthcare professionals specializing in tethered oral tissues.

  • Provide personalized oral exercises, movement techniques, Tummy Time guidance, and other tailored strategies to support your baby’s development.

  • Offer ongoing support for as long as you need to help you achieve your feeding goals.
